Bot Yourself is a product operated by Initialyze Inc. This Privacy Policy applies to Bot Yourself, including SMS communications sent by Initialyze Inc. in connection with the Bot Yourself service.

- Event and business-contact information, such as information you provide at conferences, trade shows, webinars, meetings, or other events, including information obtained when you provide your details or allow us to scan an attendee badge.
When you connect a third-party service to one of our products, we may receive information from that service based on the permissions you grant. You may revoke those permissions through the applicable service or product where available.

3. AI and Connected Services
Some Initialyze products and solutions use artificial intelligence or integrate with third-party services.
For example, Bot Yourself may process information you provide, along with relevant information from services you choose to connect, to answer questions, provide personalized assistance, generate reminders, or perform actions you authorize.
Information necessary to provide these features may be processed by technology, cloud, AI, communications, or other service providers acting on our behalf. We aim to limit access and processing to what is reasonably necessary to provide the requested functionality.
4. SMS and Mobile Messaging
Certain Initialyze products, including Bot Yourself, use SMS messaging.
The Bot Yourself SMS program is used only for transactional, account-related, assistant, and other functional communications that you request or enable. Initialyze does not send marketing or promotional messages through the Bot Yourself SMS program, and does not send SMS on behalf of any third party.
If you provide your mobile phone number and separately consent to receive SMS messages, Initialyze Inc. may use that number to send messages related to your Bot Yourself account and the features you use. These may include account registration and verification codes, AI assistant responses, reminders, task and activity updates, confirmations, account notifications, and alerts.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at hello@initialyze.com. If you opt out, Bot Yourself features that depend on SMS will no longer be available to you.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of sharing described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We may disclose mobile information to service providers that help us deliver messaging, authentication, security, or hosting services, solely as necessary to provide those services on our behalf and under contractual restrictions. These providers may not use your mobile information or messaging consent for their own purposes.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell personal information.
We may share personal information when reasonably necessary with:
- Service providers that help us operate our business or provide services, such as cloud hosting, communications, AI, analytics, security, authentication, payment, and support providers.
- Third-party services you authorize, when necessary to provide an integration or perform an action you request.

For clarity, the sharing described in this section does not permit mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent data to be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may use business contact information to communicate with you about Initialyze products, services, events, insights, and opportunities that may be relevant to you.
This may include information you provide directly to us or information we receive when you interact with Initialyze at a conference, trade show, webinar, meeting, or other event.
Event organizers and conference providers may independently process your information under their own privacy policies. This Privacy Policy describes how Initialyze handles information once we receive it.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us.
Initialyze does not send marketing or promotional communications by SMS. Marketing communications described in this section are sent by email only. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and messaging consent are never used for marketing or promotional communications, and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for any purpose other than delivering the functional messages you requested.
7. Cookies and Analytics
We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate and secure our websites and applications, remember preferences, understand usage, measure performance, and support analytics and marketing activities.
You can generally control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect how some features function.
