Content & Experience Platforms That Perform.
We select, implement, and operate digital experience platforms for enterprise marketing teams. Adobe Experience Cloud is our primary specialization. We also serve clients on Sitecore and Contentstack - and we'll tell you honestly which platform fits your situation.

CMS & Experience Management Services

From platform selection through to day-to-day operation, we handle every phase of your content management lifecycle - across Adobe, Sitecore, Contentstack, and other platforms.

CMS Selection & Strategy

Not sure whether Adobe AEM, Sitecore, or a headless CMS is the right fit? We run a structured, vendor-neutral assessment -content volume, team maturity, MarTech ecosystem, long-term roadmap - and give you a clear recommendation you can act on.

CMS Implementation

End-to-end implementation on Adobe AEM, Sitecore, and Contentstack. Our proprietary AEM Initialyzer bootstraps component libraries and templates - cutting time to launch by 40% on Adobe projects. Every implementation is architect-led with reference patterns your team can maintain.

CMS Migrations

Migrating from any platform to any platform - homegrown CMS to AEM, Sitecore to XM Cloud, Drupal to Contentstack. Our semi-automated tooling handles content, assets, and applications with robust validation at every stage. Teladoc Health migrated to AEMaaCS in 6 weeks.

Digital Asset Management

A centralised DAM is the foundation of every high-performing digital experience. We stand up AEM Assets with custom metadata schemas, smart tagging, dynamic media, and workflow automation - or connect your existing DAM to your CMS layer.

Upgrades & Version Migrations

Upgrade AEM, Sitecore, or Contentstack to the latest version in a structured process that protects your content and your authoring teams. We assess custom code compatibility, plan the sprint, and execute with zero-downtime deployment.

MarTech Integrations

Connect your CMS to Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe Analytics, Commerce platforms, SSO, and search. We map data flows, configure connectors, and build the APIs that make your marketing ecosystem work as one - regardless of which CMS sits at the centre.

Training & Enablement

Platform-specific training programmes designed around your team's actual workflows - from content authors to platform administrators. We don't just build your platform and leave. We ensure your team owns it and doesn't need to call us for every change.

Governance & Workflows

User groups, ACLs, and content approval workflows designed around how your editorial team actually operates - not a default configuration. We prevent the ungoverned sprawl that slows publishing cycles and creates compliance exposure.

Multi-site & Global Architecture

Content architectures for global enterprises managing multiple brands, regions, and languages. We design hierarchical blueprints with live copy, language copies, and MSM configurations built to hold up under real editorial load - not just demo conditions.

Adobe is our primary specialization.
But not our only one.

Most CMS partners are locked to one vendor. We're not. Adobe is where we go deepest - but we maintain real expertise in Sitecore and Contentstack for organisations where those platforms are the genuine right fit.

Platform questions, straight answers.

Common questions about CMS selection, platform migration, and how Initialyze approaches content management engagements.

How do we know which CMS is right for our organisation?
The right CMS depends on several factors: content volume and complexity, your team's technical maturity, the number of brands or regions you need to support, your MarTech ecosystem, and your budget. Adobe AEM is best for large enterprises that need full-lifecycle content management integrated with analytics, targeting, and a broad Experience Cloud ecosystem. Sitecore suits organisations that already have Microsoft infrastructure and need CDP capabilities alongside CMS. Contentstack and headless CMSs are better for developer-led teams prioritising API-first omnichannel delivery. Initialyze provides vendor-neutral platform selection as a service — we'll assess your situation honestly and recommend the right platform, even if that recommendation isn't Adobe.
Should we use Adobe AEM or a headless CMS like Contentstack?
AEM is best suited for large enterprises that need full lifecycle content management, deep personalisation, built-in analytics integration, and an all-in-one Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem. Contentstack and similar headless CMSs are better for teams prioritising developer flexibility, omnichannel API-first delivery, and lower total cost of ownership at smaller content scales. Initialyze has deep expertise in both and will recommend the right fit based on your team size, technical maturity, content volume, and long-term roadmap — including cases where neither is the right answer.
Can Initialyze work with our existing CMS, or do we need to migrate?
We work with your existing platform first. Many engagements start with optimisation, governance, or integration work on the platform you already have — without requiring a migration. If a migration is eventually warranted, we scope it honestly and phase it in a way that doesn't disrupt your current content operations. We do not recommend migrations as a default solution to CMS problems that can be solved at lower cost and risk through better architecture and process.
What industries does Initialyze serve for CMS and experience platform implementations?
Initialyze primarily serves High Tech B2B (including Salesforce, ServiceNow, Okta, and Keysight), Healthcare and Pharmaceutical (including Teladoc Health, Terumo, and Ceribell), and Financial Services including insurance (Northwestern Mutual). We have also delivered implementations in Hospitality (Wyndham), E-Commerce (Logitech), and other sectors. Our typical client has 1,000+ employees and $100M+ in revenue, and operates across the US, Canada, Europe, and UAE.
What is the difference between CMS implementation and a digital experience platform (DXP)?
A CMS (Content Management System) manages the creation and publication of content. A DXP (Digital Experience Platform) does that and more — it adds personalisation, analytics, customer data management, journey orchestration, and cross-channel delivery into a unified platform. Adobe Experience Manager is the CMS layer within Adobe's broader DXP. Initialyze helps organisations determine how much of the DXP stack they actually need — because buying a full DXP when you need a CMS is a common and expensive mistake.
